If you are having difficulty downloading files (documents or PowerPoints), try the following things:
1. Try any other browser besides Internet Explorer. I find that Chrome works best. Apparently, Typepad and Internet Explorer do not like each other. Switching to another browser solves the problem in almost all cases.
2. Make sure you have the most current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download it for free here if you need to: Acrobat Reader
3. Make sure the security settings on your computer are not preventing your browser from downloading files.
Hopefully one of the above will fix the problem. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of requests, I cannot e-mail individual files. Maybe someday when I'm rich and famous and have a full-time assistant!
